Customer service was hands down awesome. My air conditioner was blowing hot air and it was 90 degrees out. I thought I needed a whole new air conditioner. I called Metropolitan Mechanical and they came out right away and were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it immediately. They saved me thousands of dollars because of their honesty. Extremely Satisfied with Metropolitan Mechanical In June 2025, my air conditioning stopped working during some very hot weather. I called several different companies, but their prices were extremely high and the wait times were too long. I was starting to feel hopeless. Then I called Metropolitan Mechanical. Brandon came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and was completely honest about what my unit needed. He explained that a part needed to be replaced, and the cost was far lower than the quotes I received from other companies. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Brandon also took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with the service I received, and my air conditioning unit is still working perfectly. I highly recommend Metropolitan Mechanical to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and affordable HVAC service.

Company sent out Brandon new exactly how my unit needed to be maintained and did multiple checks to make sure unit was up to factory standard on time couldn't go wrong will definitely be called out again when needed
